Ambuja Cement, a subsidiary of the Adani Group, has finalized a definitive agreement with My Home Industries Private Limited to acquire a 1.5 million metric tonnes per annum (mtpa) cement grinding unit located in Tamil Nadu. The acquisition, valued at ₹413.75 crores, will be financed through internal accruals.
