Kolkata auction prices are slightly better around ₹210-230 for good CTC but still not great. Overall demand is subdued because of competition from Nepal and Kenya tea. Domestic consumption growth is also slow. Only premium orthodox tea is getting good prices, CTC market is overcrowded with supply.
