That spread looks attractive but doing arbitrage between MCX and LME is not easy for retail traders. You need international trading account, currency hedge, understand customs duty impact etc. Usually big trading houses do this arbitrage and spread comes back to normal in few hours or days. By the time you setup everything spread will be gone.
