Zerodha Streak vs Tradetron after new regulations

Subject: Zerodha Streak vs Tradetron after new regulations
I was using Tradetron for my algo strategies but heard SEBI issued notices to brokers connected with them. Now confused whether to move to Zerodha Streak or stick with Tradetron. Which platform is more compliant with new rules?

In October 2024 SEBI sent notices to over 115 brokers regarding Tradetron connections. Tradetron has now restructured to comply with new rules. Zerodha Streak is broker-owned platform so naturally more compliant. My suggestion is if you're already comfortable with Streak interface, go with that. Both platforms will be compliant eventually but broker-owned platforms had easier transition.

I moved from Tradetron to Streak last month. Initial learning curve but Streak's no-code interface is actually very good. Backtesting is solid and since its integrated with Zerodha account everything happens smoothly. Only downside is strategy marketplace in Tradetron was bigger, Streak has limited pre-built strategies.
