What are the actual numbers for MSEI? Is company making profit or loss? Thinking to invest but need to see financials first.

MSEI earned total income of ₹17.38 crore in FY25, lower than ₹21.05 crore in FY24. Out of this, ₹4.31 crore came from main business activities compared to ₹7.36 crore last year. Another ₹13.07 crore came from other sources like interest or investments. Company is making losses but on positive side loss reduced to ₹34.22 crore in FY25 from ₹48.74 crore in FY24.

So revenue is declining and still making 34 crore loss. This is not looking good. Company reported net loss before tax of ₹34.85 lakhs in FY25 and ₹47.59 lakhs in FY24. Unless trading volumes increase dramatically I dont see path to profitability. Investment is very risky at this stage.

But look at the positive side - MSEI's total assets increased to ₹443.85 crore from ₹249.18 crore, and total equity went up to ₹396.69 crore from ₹192.79 crore due to successful capital raise. Company has raised money and reduced losses. With SX40 weekly expiry and broker investments, volumes should improve. This is turnaround story, need to be patient.
