Any Views on the FirstCry IPO – Is the Valuation Justified?

FirstCry filed DRHP again, and the IPO looks big. But many people saying the valuation might be stretched because offline expansion slowed a bit last year.

They are strong in baby products but competition increasing.
Anyone tracking their numbers closely?

Revenue growth is stable but EBITDA margins are thin. Last reported year they reduced losses but still not super profitable. IPO is more brand-driven than financial-driven.

FirstCry has massive customer base, but premium valuation is a risk. Don’t expect quick listing gains unless pricing is conservative.

Offline franchise model works well, but cost pressure is real. Inventory cycles are long in baby retail.

Not bad for long term, but not a "must buy" IPO. Depends heavily on final price band.
